Shipping Policy
Our products are packed with the utmost care to insure a safe delivery. We use the United States Postal Service Priority flat rate boxes. We do our very best to make everything secure to minimize damaged goods. When shipping Fruit Baskets we ship slightly under ripe, fruit sent will ripen on the way. Please contact us with any issues as fruit is a fickle thing and we do our best to insure high quality fruit baskets but some times a lemon sneaks in. At this time we do not offer express shipping or UPS. Please check back as things change.
Return & Exchange Policy
Our Return Policy is quite simple, No Returns.
Should you have an issue we will be more than happy to rectify the situation. Please contact us within 3 days of receiving your purchase. Once you have contacted us we can start the process of receiving a replacement. We only replace items that are damaged, so please take a photo of the damaged product to send to us. We do not replace fruit baskets. I am not God , I do not make the fruit, so an unsweet pineapple is not in my wheelhouse. We do our best to pick the very best high quality fruit available, but once in a while a lemon sneaks in.
