Shipping Policy
Our products are packed with the utmost care to insure a safe delivery.
We use the United States Postal Service, Priority Mail Flat Rate boxes.
We do our very best to make everything secure to minimize damaged goods.
When shipping Fruit ModBaskets we ship slightly under-ripe. Fruit sent will ripen on the way.
Please contact us with any issues as fruit is a fickle thing and we do our best to insure high quality fruit baskets but some times a lemon sneaks in.
At this time we do not offer USPS Express Shipping, FedEx, or UPS.

Return & Exchange Policy
Our Return Policy is quite simple:
NO RETURNS
Most of our product are perishable, this is why we cannot accept returns. Should you have an issue we will be more than happy to rectify the situation. Please contact us within 3 days of receiving your purchase. Once you have contacted us we can start the process for you to receive a replacement.
We only replace items that are damaged in transit, so please take a photo of the damaged product to send to us at Marie@modbaskets.com.
We do not replace the fruit in the baskets. We do our best to pick the very best, high quality fruit we can find. Please understand that natural products can, and do vary.
